With a team of veterinarians and biologists that worry for the country\u2019s species, this activity has become the emblem of the foundation. With your donation, you will contribute to building the first specialized wildlife hospital, along with support on our many other projects that we are embarking on within the foundation. The end goal is to continue rescuing and protecting the fauna and flora at risk in Ecuador.
\nBut the work goes a lot further than this. Parting from the mega diversity that exists in Ecuador, where there are more than 1600 avian species, 38 endemic species of mammals, almost 400 species of reptiles, and the list goes on. All of these are threatened by illegal activities that have caused some of these species to become extinct and many whom are very close to extinction.
