All activities at Wildlife Foundation are dedicated to the preservation of Ecuador\u2019s natural resources<\/h2>\n

Correct management of the ecosystem, its fauna and flora, allow the development of human activity to persist with the least impact on nature. Rescuing species, establishing protection zones for them and educating the community, are some of the immediate actions that help maintain nature\u2019s equilibrium. [\/vc_column_text]

FAUNA<\/h2>\n

Ecuador\u2019s wild fauna are permanent victims of trafficking, illegal hunting and accidents incited by urban development. Our team takes care of these animals!<\/p>\n

FLORA<\/h2>\n

In the capital city of Ecuador: Quito, 300 endemic species of plants exist. In the country, around 80% of the floral endemic species are found as threatened or endangered.<\/p>\n

Due to urban growth and development, thousands of acres of forests suffer changing vegetation, affecting their species. Protecting these areas has brought Wildlife Foundation to establish reserves in different areas of the country.<\/p>\n
